Mark Fernandes is a communications practitioner and a digital marketing specialist working in the Public Health sector. Currently, I am absorbed in Health Information Management and raising the profile of my consolidated service within the Lower Mainland community. I enjoy the challenge of working within a complex multi-stakeholder environment, and I use IAP2 approved public engagement techniques to ensure that my communication is both engaging and effective.

Previously, Mark held positions at a variety of non-profit communications organizations and worked extensively as a print and broadcast journalist who covered topics including business and technology and regional politics in Central Europe. Mark holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from Carleton University in Ottawa.
